Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 14-day trial includes every feature. It is available to accounts with no previous subscriptions. Connect Amazon to review your data.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial starts without a card. When it ends, we ask for one to continue. If you don't add it, the account is paused and we keep your data for 30 days.
Is there a limit on how many products I can analyze?
Product searches have no product limit. You can upload files up to 10 MB, in CSV, Excel or PDF. Large catalogs may take longer or wait in a queue to stay within Amazon’s request limits.
Do I need an Amazon seller account?
Yes. Scoutly Pro works with your seller account's data. You connect it through Amazon's official authorization, from Seller Central. You never give us your password, and we don't store it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you want, without talking to anyone. Before you confirm, the billing portal shows the day your access ends. On a team account, the owner cancels.
